Owners Nick and Jane

Experienced horse owners and land managers Jane Fucinaro and husband, Nick Gollin, live on site, so horses are never unattended.

Turn Out

While our pasture and fencing is rehabilitated from years of over-grazing before us, all horses enjoy 8-12 hours (or more!) of turnout every day with their pals in over-sized dry lots. Each horse is evaluated before being paired up with the perfect paddock mate, with paddocks available for solo-turnout horses, too. Paddocks are large enough to hold three horses with ample room to get the bucks out! Coming fall of 2023: pasture turnout on 8 acres of lush grass.

HayChix Nets with Hay Huts for All

We believe in providing free choice hay to our horses at all hours of the day, which is why we chose HayChix nets combined with HayHuts for horses in their paddocks. Horses receive quality and tested prairie bales when they are outdoors, all in addition to their regular meals and night check.

GGT Footing in Indoor

The indoor arena was built in 2019, with GGT (German Geo-Textile) footing. It is worked daily and kept dust free with our overhead sprinkler system.

Oversize Outdoor Arena

Sand footing, 210’ long and much, much wider than a standard dressage arena.

Secondary “Bubble” Indoor Arena

Detached from the main barn, this arena is used for lunging, warm-up for competitions, and turnout on rainy days.

Grooming Area

To keep our extra-wide aisle clear, we built a grooming area right across from the tack room for Coda customer convenience.

Parking Lot and Trailer Parking

The paved parking lot is located right in front of the main barn with room for bumper pull trailer parking directly behind for boarders. The parking lot and drive way easily accommodate semi-trucks and large trailers with no problem!

Here’s a quick list of the amenities you’ll enjoy at Coda Cavallo:

  • NEW! To be completed in early 2024: Full length mirrors on short side of arena, large 5+ acre pasture fencing for grazing.

  • 12x12’ Stalls, cleaned at least once/day, equipped with Stall Mattresses, water buckets cleaned daily, slow feeders from Hay Chix, and high power fans in the summer months.

  • TheraPlate Access: enjoy standing and stretching on the TheraPlate to increase circulation, rehabilitate from an injury, or just feel great!

  • Temperature-controlled secure tack room with laundry service and adjacent bathroom.

  • All-weather wash stall in the heated barn

  • World-class GGT (German Geo Textile) Footing in the indoor arena, which is worked daily. We also love our large sand outdoor arena, and an additional indoor arena used for lunging and turnout in case of bad weather.

  • On-site owners that do daily chores and care for horses along with careful and caring staff. Coda’s veterinary clinic (Nebraska Equine) is just three miles away for care and emergencies.

  • Daily turnout, weather and footing permitting, typically between 8-12 hours/day with horses safely hand-led in and out of paddocks. Forage safely provided with HayHuts and HayChix nets.

  • High-quality nutrition program with Blue Bonnett and Triple Crown feeds, in addition to Custom Equine Nutrition.

  • First priority to participate in Coda Cavallo events and clinics.

  • And, most importantly, all our boarders enjoy an incredible environment dedicated to students of the horse!
